Minimum wage
$2.65 per hour. (The federal minimum wage rate
will prevail over the less-beneficial state rate.)
Effective 1/1/2010, state minimum wage will increase to $7.25 per hour. Also, minimum wage for tipped employees increases to $2.13 an hour.
